4 Months

Burke turned 4 months old this past Friday. It's amazing how fast the past 4 months has gone. My baby is already growing up. He's doing more and more every day and getting bigger by the minute. He's smiling and giggling and getting his own personality. He's such a joy right now!

At his 4 month appt he was 14lbs, 15oz and 25 inches. He's officially doubled his birth weight. It's hard to believe that at this age, Brayden was over 17lbs! It's funny how different things are from kid to kid.

Burke's doing great at daycare and making lots of friends. He's not sleeping through the night yet, which is the most difficult thing, since he has been waking 1-2 times per night and I have to get up at 5am for work! But, I'm not complaining and I wouldn't trade him for anything.

Brothers

I know, I know.... But, I just can't help dressing them alike right now. :) And, I have to do it while they still think it's "cool" to dress alike. Brayden LOVES to match his little brother so I'm eating it up!

The Three "B"s

The Paces came over this weekend and our boys finally got to meet their new friend. Ben was born 7/31/08 so Burke and him are about 3 months apart. They will go to the same daycare come October and they will be in the same grade at school and most likely at the same school. (assuming noone moves in the next 5 years). Brayden loved him and continually compared him to "his baby". I know Burke was excited too and so was Ben. Believe it or not, Burke once actually wore the outfit Ben has on. It's amazing how fast they grow up. Although he doesn't look very happy in the picture, (we happened to catch him right as he was hungry) he was happy pretty much the entire time he was here and he's such a little cutie pie. We love hanging out with Tara and Tony and we are very excited for the future adventures of our boys as friends.

The other day we were watching the Olympic gymnastics competition. Apparently, we have another gymnastics lover in the house :)

I bought these shirts when I was pregnant with Burke. They finally got to wear them this weekend.

Burke's Baptism

This weekend we celebrated the baptism of Burke. He was able to wear Brayden's baptismal outfit so that was nice. Afterwards, we had several family members over for lunch and cake. The weather was perfect. Attached are some pictures from Burke's big day. It was a very nice weekend. :)
